Hi! I'm Tabitha

I’m so excited you are here. Welcome to This Mama's Faith where I strive to inspire women to Glorify God in their Simple Everyday. 

​

As a stay at home mama for the past 13 years, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to figure out the right path. But through my faith in God, I have come to realize that He needs to be present in every aspect of our lives.

​

I now know homemaking is so much more than just cooking and cleaning. Instead, it is about creating an atmosphere of love, peace and joy that permeates through every aspect of family life.

​

Here I will share delicious recipes, homemaking inspiration as well as my thoughts and advice on the traditional Christian life.

​

I am so excited to share posts weekly here on This Mama's Faith. Be on the lookout for new recipes, Christian inspired conversations, and how we manage life as a large family seeking to deepen our faith and live a life of purpose.

A little more about me...

I grew up in an abusive home and had a lot of pain and suffering in my childhood. Those who were suppose to love and care for me, didn't, and that left me confused and angry at world. I learned about Jesus through some of my friends and even attended church with them on occasion. Those small encounters planted a mustard seed of faith in my heart.

 

For many years though, I claimed to be atheist. I didn't understand how God could allow suffering and pain the way I had experienced it. I thought, if God really loved me, he wouldn't have let bad things happen to me. I know looking back now that I was just mad at God and was denying Him out of selfishness and lack of wisdom.

 

After I experienced a vision of Jesus which lead to a miraculous pregnancy, I instantly knew God was real and that He had never left my side. That mustard seed of faith from my childhood took root, has since grown tremendously, and has produced abundant fruits in my life.

​

My husband was a huge instrument in my conversion and the light that shone during one of the darkest times in my life. Without his devotion to Christ, his Godly example, or his unconditional love of me and my oldest daughter, I truly don't know where I would be today.

Our family life

My husband Ryan and I recently celebrated our 10th anniversary and 13th year together. I am more in love with him today than ever before. Our love has continued to grow as we raise our six children together, two beautiful girls, and four handsome boys.

​

We have worked very hard over the last decade to create an incredible life together. Ryan is a real estate broker and owns his own firm and I have been a full-time YouTube content creator for 10 years now. We recently bought our dream house and land after praying for it for so long.

​

Some of our favorite things to do as a family are going to church, hiking on the trails on our property or around our state here in Michigan, tending to our chickens and ducks, gardening, baking and laughing together.

​

We desire to live a life of virtue and give all the glory to God!

A few interesting things about us...

  • All of our children were born peacefully at home, in water.

  • We've homeschooled all of our children from the very beginning of their education and plan to continue until graduation.

  • We both have been sober for over 7 years.

  • We lived full-time and traveled the country in an RV visiting 26 states.

  • We are Traditional Roman Catholics and attend the TLM

  • I was baptized in 2015

  • I have moved 21 times in my life and feel so happy to finally live in my forever home

  • We have 2 dogs, a Chihuahua and a Belgian Malinois

  • We love to learn about health, and live a natural lifestyle
